Do you take insurance?
For Occupational Therapy, we are in-network for BCBS of Arizona and Aetna. We are working on credentialing with other insurance companies, feel free to contact to see if yours is one of them! We also accept ESA and private pay.
For Speech Language therapy, we are credentialed with Aetna. We also accept ESA and private pay.

What happens if I am out-of-network?
We are out-of-network for all other insurance companies at this time. This means we are private pay and funds are due at time of service. We will provide monthly “Superbills” to submit for insurance reimbursement. We also work with Thrizer, which is an app that submits for reimbursement for you, taking out the hassle!
We accept payments via credit/debit card, check, and HSA/FSA cards.

How do I start?
If you are interested in getting services for your child, you can start by reaching out via phone or email to talk to a therapist and determine if Little Rainbow is the best fit. If so, we will schedule an initial evaluation appointment and will email paperwork over to be filled out before the scheduled evaluation.

What does the initial evaluation look like?
This will take 1-1.5 hours and will include: parent interview, play and clinical observations, and standardized assessments. You will get a detailed report including goals and plan of care. The therapist and caregivers will meet virtually to discuss the results.

What happens if my child qualifies for therapy?
Your child will receive services based on the plan of care. For occupational therapy, this is usually 1x per week for 45 minute sessions. Treatment will be individualized to your child’s strengths and goals and will include time to work on gross motor and fine motor skills through play. For Speech Language therapy, sessions are usually 30 minutes in length and 1-2x per week.
